Each personal trainer session is a 45 minute workout experience that is custom built to achieve your individual / unique goals. You can expect a thorough warm up, strength, cardio, stability training followed by a cool down and stretching. Personal training customized to meet your goals.
If you chose 4 sessions per month and there is availability on Monday from 9:30am to 10:30am you can choose that time slot and your personal trainer will be seeing you every Monday in that time slot on average 4 times a month.
Keep a hold of your "Free Fitness Assessment" Card and give it to your trainer for a free consultation / introductory personal trainer session! If your sold on the idea of changing your life we can make an agreement - if not at least you got a good workout in!
That is fine, just let us know ahead of time so we can try to schedule a makeup session. Life happens we get it, lets not let it affect your progress!
Any place your most comfortable! If that's the basement - the garage - the living room and there is enough space to do a workout in that location we are good to go!
Absolutely, If you want to train in the park or hike some trails Just send your personal trainer (or us) a message and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Bootcamp runs Tuesday & Thursday every week & we have 2 classes each day. One from 6:30 - 7:30 AM and one from 6:30 - 7:30 PM. You can attend 1-4 classes a week.
Absolutely not, you can come to any bootcamp class you like!
Your fitness level is secondary to your willingness to complete the workout, all exercises in bootcamp can be modified for different fitness levels and you control the intensity. If you are reading this and you want to do it, you should!
Your bootcamp class pass entitles you to attend any 12 classes, your not restricted to a time slot. We keep track of how many classes you've been to when you sign in & send you an E-mail notification when you have 2 classes left on your pass.
